Elementary, also known as THE SUMMIT serves children in 1st through 5th grade. Upon arrival children go straight to their small groups (age/grade appropriate) for an opening activity and then move to the Large group experience with engaging Praise and Worship and an interactive Bible story. After large group, children go upstairs into designated classrooms for a meaningful small group time with his/her peers and Small Group Coaches. There, children have the opportunity to share prayer requests and dive deeper into God's word with games, activities and other team oriented fun. Families can connect with the Bible story even more during the week by using the weekly take home sheets provided at dismissal!
As with our preschoolers, 252 Basics focuses on three very important truths throughout the year. These truths are based on Luke 2:52 which describes the life of Jesus. They are:
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
