Everyone longs for purpose in life. At
Legacy, we believe that our purpose, our pattern for living, comes
from our Creator. Our existence isn’t random and unimportant
to God. We believe there are five key reasons that God made us
and they are… to worship Him, to reach people
with His love, to connect in authentic community,
to grow in our relationship with Christ, and to serve others. When
we go all out for these purposes, our lives will become as meaningful
and fulfilling as we had hoped they would be.
How do we accomplish these things? Where do we begin? It’s
not an insurmountable challenge at all. It begins with a single
step, and we believe the first one that will make these five purposes
a reality in our lives, is to use the following Life
Mission Questions as a daily guide.
These questions are not intended as a checklist! “Did
it, did it, done it, did it... done.” Rather, this
is a simple tool to help you challenge yourself on the path to
becoming more like Christ. Wherever you are on your spiritual
journey, we encourage you to pursue living out these questions
as a means to finding your purpose and living your life to the
fullest.
Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. (Romans 12:1)

A daily confession: God rescued me to reach others with
his love.
…That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. John 17:21
A daily confession: God created me to live in community with other Christ-followers.
And we…are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18
