The Sandbox is for children birth - 3yr olds.
Each Sunday morning children will arrive at their age appropriate room and we have our well-trained small group leaders looking out for their every move. Once they are old enough to walk they are moved to one of our small groups.
Each Sunday morning these children begin their time in their age appropriate small groups where they are greeted and introduce to the Bible story of the day by their small group leaders. Then, each room is visited by Story Time teacher who teaches the Bible story for the day and leads the children in musical worship. Afterward, the small group leaders connect what the kids learned in the Bible to their own personal lives through games and crafts. Finally, the kids are sent home with amazing materials that help parents know what their child has been learning that day. We believe that parents are to be the chief spiritual influencers in their child's life. So, every week we provide materials that help parents generate spiritual conversations between them and their child(ren).
This summer our Sandbox ministry will use the "First Look" curriculum which seeks to help children learn that God made them, God loves them and Jesus wants to be their forever friend.
