What is Included
Registration is only $20, which is a 20% discount from the normal assessment cost. The individual and team (if registering with a group) assessments and analysis are included.
Breakfast is provided, and every attendee will be entered into a fun giveaway.

Theresa Flood is a keynote speaker, Keller Williams University and Six Working Genius certified instructor and host of TheUPside Podcast who’s all about helping people flip the script on their mindsets, boost productivity, and step into confident leadership.

Based on Patrick Lencioni's framework, Theresa will take you and your team on a journey to explore strengths and vulnerabilities and show you how to implement key strategies to build your own world-class teamwork formula.

For twenty-five years, Patrick Lencioni has been working with teams to help them become more cohesive, effective and successful. In 1997, he founded the Table Group, a firm dedicated to making organizations healthier and work more dignifying. He has written 13 best-selling business books on the topics of teamwork, leadership and culture (including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage, and The Ideal Team Player).

What to Expect 

Before the workshop, each participant will complete the Working Genius assessment, receive a personalized report, and come ready to discuss how their results show up in real work.

During the workshop, certified Working Genius facilitator and Plano resident Theresa Flood will guide participants through understanding their results and applying them to their work, leadership, relationships, and teams.

It is highly recommended to register with your team. When all team members take the assessment prior to the workshop, the team will receive both their individual assessments as well as insights based on the actual team's geniuses.

A unique assessment link will be sent to each registrant within 72 hours after registration. This must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.
