VBS 2026

VBS is about so much more than singing songs, crazy competitions, fun recreation games, creative crafts, and delicious snacks. While all of those things make the week exciting, what we love most about VBS is the opportunity to spend an entire week sharing the life-changing truth of the gospel and helping kids grow in their understanding of who Jesus is.

This year, we focused on one central question: Who is Jesus? Throughout the week, kids learned that Jesus is the promised, perfect, powerful, and proven Son of God. They discovered that when we trust Jesus and invite Him to lead our lives, we no longer have to walk in darkness because He is the light of the world

One of the greatest joys of the week was seeing kids take meaningful steps of faith. The gospel was clearly proclaimed, conversations about Jesus took place throughout the week, and lives were impacted by the truth of God’s Word. We are praying that the seeds planted this week will continue to grow for years to come.

This year’s VBS was also a beautiful picture of the body of Christ living on mission together. We were blessed by 116 incredible volunteers who gave their time, energy, talents, and hearts to serve. From decorating classrooms and preparing snacks to leading small groups, teaching lessons, running games, welcoming families, and praying faithfully behind the scenes, every role mattered. Because of their commitment, 120 children experienced a week filled with fun, friendship, and the love of Jesus.

One of the most exciting parts of the week was welcoming so many new families through our doors. We are grateful for every child who attended and every family who entrusted us with their kids. It was a joy to meet new faces, build new relationships, and share the hope of Christ with our community.

Thank you to everyone who donated supplies, prayed fervently, served faithfully, and helped make this week possible. VBS is one of our favorite weeks of the year because it reminds us what can happen when God’s people come together to serve the next generation. We are thankful for all that God did this week, and we look forward with anticipation to seeing how He continues to work in the lives of these children and families in the days ahead.
