Take 2.5 Hours To Make Your Fall Work Better

I spend a lot of my life working with people.  

Before coming to Legacy, I worked on corporate teams. Now I work with our church staff and ministry teams. I volunteer with school and PTA groups, help manage family schedules and activities, and, like most of you, regularly find myself in situations where a group of people is trying to get something done together.  

And here’s what I’ve learned: working with people can be really rewarding…and, at times, really frustrating.  

We’re all about to spend hundreds of hours working alongside coworkers, volunteers, ministry teams, teachers, committees, clients, family members and friends. Spend 2.5 hours learning how to do it a little better.  

This fall, Legacy Church is hosting the Working Genius Workshop. 
Saturday, September 12 | 9–11:30 AM  

Your registration includes the Working Genius assessment and personalized results, live training with certified facilitator Theresa Flood, resources, breakfast and team mapping for groups attending together.  

The goal isn’t, “Here’s another personality test.” It’s gaining some practical language that can help you understand why you work the way you do and why the people around you may work very differently.  

And heading into fall, that feels like a worthwhile investment.  

If you’ve been wondering whether this is “for you,” my vote is yes. This isn’t something I’d recommend only to executives or people with “manager” in their title. I think it’s useful for anyone who works, leads, serves, volunteers, teaches, plans, collaborates or regularly has to get things done with other humans.  

Come by yourself, but even better, grab a coworker, spouse, volunteer team or friend and come together.  

I think you’ll use what you learn all fall.
