Meeting God in the Wilderness of Our Fatigue

In 1 Kings 19:1–18, we see how Elijah's deep fatigue led him to withdraw, run, and lose sight of God’s power. Despite Elijah’s exhaustion, God cared for him gently, tending to his physical and spiritual needs before speaking in a quiet voice. This passage invites us to trust that God draws near to us in our fatigue and weariness, because He still offers comfort, care, and restoration to those willing to acknowledge His presence with them.
