When Reasonable Becomes Rebellion

In John 11:45–57, we see how easily fear and self-protection can make rebellion against Jesus sound reasonable. While the religious leaders plotted to preserve their place and power, God was accomplishing something far greater through the death of Christ—turning human rebellion into redemption. This sermon exposes how we, too, can keep Jesus close enough to help us but not close enough to rule us. The good news is that true safety is not found in control, but in full surrender to the Savior who gave Himself for us.
